I'm for ZETA, are you with me?!
Last April (April 2017), I announced my intent to apply for candidacy for the position of National Tamias. I am immensely grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to run for this position. While I hope that I am elected, whether I am or not, I look forward to working with each of you as our Sisterhood continues to support our administration and principles and all the candidates who embody them.
As you can imagine it is a busy and exciting time for me! You should have received the National Boule' Candidate Profile Booklet with information about each candidate running for office, but in addition to that I wanted to send you more information about me and personally ask you for your support. To those who have been avid supporters I say thank you! For your guidance and advice, or simply the kind or wise word you shared, thank you.
As a candidate it is great to know I do not stand alone, none of us do. I truly believe that as a sorority, we have come a long way and we are headed in the right direction, but there is still a ways to go. I believe I am the right person to leverage this position and make it work for the membership. After all, it's not about the position it's about what you do with and in the position that matters, and I plan to WORK for Zeta!
What I bring to the position of Tamias:
Excellence in all I do
Experience as a current accountant keenly aware of today's accounting standards
Understanding of your wishes and desires for leveraging adequate and appropriate technology for dynamic chapter management and individual user friendly experiences
Sensible approach to streamlined processes and procedures for financial officers and chapter members
Sensible and standardized approach to multi-level dues payments
Ability to read and interpret financial reports and audit reports, findings, and opinions and explain things in a way that makes it easy for you to understand
Heart of a servant, ready to serve you, the sisterhood
Valuable community and corporate relationships strategically aligned with our organization's principles, goals, and objectives
Actionable plans aligned with the desires of the sisterhood
ZERO tolerance for games when it comes to our finances and my reputation
I am FOR Zeta, are you with me?!
Many of you have asked how you can help. Here's how...to be transparent, I am campaigning and traveling at my own expense. And yes, while I did plan and budget for these expenses I don't want to deny any of you an opportunity to provide support financially if you so desire :)
If you would like to make a donation, you can do so through various ways:
Via my website: www.finerfinance.org
Via Paypal directly to paypal.me/finerfinance. Remember: send funds as “Gifts to friends or family” to avoid transaction fees.

With your support you can help to ensure that you are electing someone to the National Executive Board who is willing to put in work to help keep moving our Sisterhood forward into the future, one of sustainable excellence that we can all be proud of. I ask that you please share my information with other sorors in your network. I ask you and thank you for your support during my campaign and this journey. I look forward to seeing you in NOLA in July and earning your vote to become the next National Tamias!!
